With the extension of the Enhanced Community Quarantine until May 15, 2020, Moldex Realty is granting a grace period for all in house financing buyers with monthly amortizations and down payments which are due from March 17, 2020 to May 15, 2020.

Specifically, regular interest will apply but no penalty charges will be imposed for the above payments that fall under the above due dates once paid on or before May 31, 2020.
