Completion of Clark International Airport Expansion could bring in economic development around Pampanga; to residents of MetroGate in Angeles City, Pampanga

ANGELES CITY, PAMPANGA, June 22, 2020 – The expansion of Clark International Airport is over 97% complete. This is one of the fastest projects to be implemented under the PPP program of the national government.

Pampanga is known to be Central Luzon’s most vibrant and progressive provinces as businesses and master-planned developments within the province are on the rise. Clark International Airport is just 14-kms away or approximately a 33-minute drive from MetroGate Angeles, the community of this prime Moldex Realty development in Pampanga will benefit from the increased economic activity in the area, potentially resulting in increase in property value.
The expansion of Clark International Airport’s engineering, procurement and construction contract was signed on January 29, 2018, and expected to be completed by 2020.
