The A Tasty Treats for Dad giveaway shall be subject to rules provided below. All participants shall be responsible for agreeing to comply with the rules and mechanics herein below.
A. GENERAL GUIDELINES
- The response period for A Tasty Treat for Dad Giveaway is from June 02, 2021 to June 18, 2021
- One (1) winner from the pool of eligible entries will be drawn via electronic raffle on June 21, 2021
- The winner will be first announced on June 21, 2021 ( Monday ) via Instagram post and Instagram stories.
- Moldex Realty shall be the sole judge in resolving any issue and/or matter concerning the giveaway. All decisions by Moldex Realty shall be final and no appeals in any form shall be entertained after the winner has been declared.
- At any time, Moldex Realty reserves the right to verify the validity of the entries and identities of all participants. Likewise, Moldex Realty has the right to disqualify any entry that fails to comply with these rules.
- Moldex Realty, at its own discretion, has the right to remove any entry.
B. WHO ARE QUALIFIED TO JOIN
- A Tasty Treats for Dad giveaway is open to the public.
- Eligible giveaway entries are those who reside within Metro Manila who are ages 18 years old and above.
- Moldex Realty, Inc. & Moldex Land, Inc. employees, sellers, brokers, and their affiliates, including immediate family, relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, shall not be qualified to participate in the giveaway.
C. HOW TO ENTER
- The contest will run through Facebook, but will be announced on both Facebook and Instagram. There shall only be one ( 1 ) winner of the giveaway.
- The Facebook post will consist of a coption that tells the participant to sign up using the lead form and Marketing will manually message the participant regarding the official mechanics

- Tag three (3) friends in the comment section of the giveaway post, link: ( INSERT LINK )
- For higher chances of winning, the participant must write in the comment section why they would want to win the prize for their dad.
- Participants of the giveaway should be present during the A Tasty Treats for Dad webinar on June 19, 2021 to make it an official entry.
D. GIVEAWAY WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
- One (1) prize winner will be selected from all eligible entries.
- Moldex Realty’s Marketing Group ( MMG ), together with a representative from the Office of the Director, shall draw the winner on June 21, 2021 at Moldex Head Office located at Moldex Building, No. 3, Ligaya Street corner West Avenue, West Triangle, Quezon City.
- The winner of the giveaway shall be announced on Moldex Realty’s Official Instagram Page at the same time the winner shall be notified via Facebook Messenger or Instagram Direct Message and/or text message/SMS and/or email obtained through the sign up form or Facebook account used by the participant Moldex Realty’s MMG on June 21, 2021.
- Moldex Realty’s MMG shall likewise provide the winning entry with details on how to claim his/her prize. In the event the winning entry fails to acknowledge or confirm receipt of such notice within fourteen (14) days from notification, Moldex Realty shall select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.
- In the event of any dispute or controversy, Moldex Realty shall have the sole authority to resolve the same upon sufficient verification and/or investigation.
E. PRIZE
- The giveaway winner shall be entitled to receive a KitchenAid Mini Food Processor.
- There is only one (1) prize throughout the A Tasty Treat for Dad Giveaway.
- The prize is non-transferrable.
- The prize is not convertible to cash.
- The giveaway winner will be first announced on Moldex Realty’s Official Instagram page (@MoldexRealty) followed by other congratulatory announcements on Facebook.
F. REDEMPTION OF PRIZE
- The giveaway winner must personally claim the KitchenAid Mini Food Processor at Moldex Head Office located at No. 3, Ligaya Street corner West Avenue, West Triangle, Quezon City on an agreed date.
- Upon claiming of the prize, the giveaway winner must present at least two (2) government-issued Ids as proof of identification. The giveaway winner must also present a print-out of the email notifying him/her that he/she won the giveaway. Should the winner fail to pass Moldex Realty’s verification process, he/she will not be entitled to claim the prize. Thereafter, Moldex Realty will select an alternate giveaway winner from the remaining eligible entries.
- For claiming the prize, through a representative, the said person must present the following:
- Authorization Letter
- Copy or screen shot of any notification confirmation coming from Moldex Realty’s social media accounts, SMS / text message, or email.
- Photocopy of two ( 2 ) valid IDs of the official giveaway winner
- Photocopy of two ( 2 ) valid IDs of the authorized representative ( If any )
- The giveaway winner or his/her authorized representative is required to participate in the photo op during the awarding of the prize. The giveaway winner or his/her authorized representative understands and agrees that Moldex Realty has the right to use his/her photograph in Moldex Realty’s website, social media pages and other online platforms without violating any of the privacy rights of the giveaway winner or his/her authorized representative or without any additional compensation.
