Official Survey & Raffle Mechanics

The House Expansion Survey & Raffle ( HESR ) shall be subject to these official rules. By participating and entering, all survey & raffle participants are responsible for their responses and agree to be bound by these official mechanics.

A. GENERAL GUIDELINES

1. The response period for the House Expansion Survey is from December 22, 2020 to March 28, 2021
2. One ( 1 ) winner from the pool of eligible entries will be drawn by electronic raffle on March 31, 2021
3. The House Expansion Survey & Raffle winner will be announced within April 2021
4. All decisions made by Moldex Realty are final on all matters relating to the House Expansion Survey & Raffle. No appeals or further correspondences will be entertained after the winner has been awarded.
5. Moldex Realty at any time reserves the right verify or check the validity of the entries & identities of the participants. Furthermore, Moldex Realty reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not abide by the rules of House Expansion Survey & Raffle.

 B. WHO ARE QUALIFIED TO JOIN

1. The House Expansion Survey & Raffle ( HESR ) is open to NEW METROGATE ( including Alegria at Dos Rios ) clients or prospects who will be brought to the site for tripping. The House Expansion Survey & Raffle is also open to new MetroGate clients who are based in other regions in the Philippines and abroad.
2. Survey respondent must be a decision-maker.
3. Eligible clients who choose to participate in the House Expansion Survey and join the raffle agree to be bound by the rules and by all decisions made by Moldex Realty, Inc. on all matters related to HESR.
4. Residents, tenants, and property owners are not qualified to join.
5. Moldex Realty, Inc. & Moldex Land, Inc. employees, sellers, brokers, and their affiliates, including relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, are not qualified to join

C. HOW TO ENTER

1. Eligible new MetroGate clients invited by an accredited Moldex seller / broker / project head / project officer / site officer may take the survey. The client is required to register in the Tripping Log before he or she can participate in the survey.
2. The House Expansion Survey & Raffle QR code and official mechanics will be displayed in Horizontal sales offices and house models. Horizontal project heads will also be provided with survey short links that they can share via e-mail, Viber, WhatsApp, Messenger, and other messaging apps to clients based in other regions in the Philippines and clients based overseas.
3. The time stamp and name provided by the client in the survey should match the name indicated in the Tripping Log.
4. A survey respondent must complete the survey and submit the electronic form. Failure to do so, even if his or her name is on the Tripping Log, disqualifies the participant from the raffle.
5. The respondent must complete all required fields ( * ) in the electronic form. Failure to do so disqualifies the participant from the raffle.
6. Proof of having entered information in the electronic form is not considered as submission or receipt of the entry.

 D. SUBMISSION OF ENTRIES

1. The survey response period is from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
2. Each respondent may enter only one ( 1 ) time during the response period.
3. Any attempt to obtain more than the allowed number of entries by using multiple or different identities, e-mail addresses, and mobile numbers or any other methods will void the survey respondent’s entries and that respondent will be disqualified. Respondents and individuals who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the survey & raffle will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void.
4. Moldex Realty will validate the entries. All valid survey entries within the response period will be collated and moderated by the Marketing Management Group ( MMG ).
5. In cases of multiple entries from the same survey respondent, only the first successful and complete entry will be considered.

E. RAFFLE WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

1. One ( 1 ) prize winner will be selected from all eligible entries via electronic raffle.
2. Moldex Realty’s Marketing Management Group ( MMG ), in the presence of the head of Horizontal Sales and a representative from the Office of the Director, will draw the winner on March 31, 2021 at Moldex Head Office located at Moldex Building, 3 Ligaya Street corner West Avenue, Quezon City.
3. The winner will be notified via text message / SMS and e-mail registered in the survey within April 2021 by a representative from Moldex Realty’s Marketing Management Group. Details on how to claim the prize will be provided. Moldex Realty will draw an alternate winner from the pool of remaining eligible entries within fourteen ( 14 ) days if the prize winner has neither acknowledged nor confirmed receipt of the notification.
4. In cases of multiple entries from the same survey respondent, only the first successful and complete entry will be considered.
5. If a dispute arises or in the even entries are received from multiple users having the same e-mail address, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account owner. The authorized account owner may be requested to provide proof that he or she is the authorized owner of the e-mail address associated with the name of the raffle winner.

 F. PRIZE

1. The raffle winner will receive Ten Thousand Pesos ( Php 10,000 ) cash.
2. There is only one ( 1 ) prize throughout the survey and raffle period.
3. The prize is non-transferrable.
4. The winner will be notified via text message / SMS and e-mail registered in the survey within April 2021 by a representative from Moldex Realty’s Marketing Management Group. Details on how to claim the prize will be provided.
5. Moldex Realty will draw an alternate winner from the pool of remaining eligible entries within seven ( 7 ) days if the raffle winner has neither acknowledged nor confirmed receipt of the notification.
6. Announcement of the raffle winner will be made in Moldex Realty’s official Facebook Page, @MoldexRealty.Official.

G. REDEMPTION OF PRIZE

1. The prize winner will receive Ten Thousand Pesos ( Php 10,000 ) cash.
2. The Php 10,000 cash prize must be personally picked up by the winner at Moldex Head Office located at Moldex Building, 3 Ligaya Street corner West Avenue, Quezon City 1104 on the agreed date.
3. In the case that the raffle winner prefers to claim the prize at one of the MetroGate developments of Moldex Realty, he or she must reply to the notification email to inform the organizers. A check will be issued under the name of the raffle winner. The raffle winner must personally receive the check at the agreed MetroGate project on the agreed date.
4. Moldex Realty reserves the right to conduct a verification process before allowing redemption of the prize. The winner will be required to bring and present two ( 2 ) government-issued IDs as proof of identification. The winner will also be required to present the confirmation e-mail as proof of successful submission of the survey response. Should the winner fail the verification process, he or she will be disqualified from redeeming the prize. Moldex Realty will draw an alternate prize winner from the remaining pool of eligible entries.
5. The winner will be required to execute a notarized quit claim or release of liability.
6. If the prize winner is based in another region in the Philippines or overseas, he or she may send an authorized representative or an SPA ( Special Power of Attorney ) on his or her behalf to redeem the cash prize at Moldex Head Office located at Moldex Building, 3 Ligaya Street corner West Avenue, Quezon City 1104. The winner must inform Moldex Realty and the organizers via e-mail that he or she has an authorized representative or an SPA who will claim the prize.
7. Moldex Realty reserves the right to conduct a verification process before allowing the authorized representative or SPA to redeem the cash prize. Should the authorized representative or SPA fail the verification process, he or she will not be allowed to redeem the prize. The winner will also be disqualified. Moldex Realty will draw an alternate winner from the pool of remaining eligible entries
   1. When redeeming the prize, the authorized representative must present and submit the following:
   2. Authorization Letter
   3. Copy or screen shot of the survey email confirmation
   4. Photocopy of two ( 2 ) valid IDs of the official raffle winner
   5. Photocopy of two ( 2 ) valid IDs of the SPA or authorized representative
8. The SPA or authorized representative will be asked to execute a notarized quit claim or release of liability.
9. There will be a photo op during the awarding of the prize. Moldex Realty reserves absolute rights to use the winner’s photograph in its website, social media pages, and other electronic media without prior consent or any fees or additional compensation to the raffle winner.
